Since January 2024, Jesse Feldmann has been steering the development of Lorema Immobilien as Managing Director and shareholder – with a clear vision and grounded pragmatism. Following a bachelor’s degree in international business economics, more than ten years in the property industry (including at Engel & Völkers) and experience in e-commerce, he brings a rare combination to the table: property expertise meets digital thinking and an entrepreneurial drive to shape and create.

Whether advising buyers, investors and family offices, building strategic partnerships or developing new marketing approaches – Jesse Feldmann thinks in solutions, not problems. His strengths: networking, distilling complex projects to their essence and never losing sight of the people involved.

Johannes Mayer

Since September 2025, Johannes Mayer has been working as Assistant to the Management at Lorema Immobilien, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Following a retraining as a specialist in application development and more than ten years of experience in administration and organisation, he combines technical understanding with administrative precision.

Whether digitalising internal processes, maintaining client data and the management system, coordinating appointments or supporting ongoing projects – Johannes Mayer keeps a clear overview and finds pragmatic solutions. His strengths: organisation, team spirit and the ability to break down complex topics in a way that is easy to understand.
